Exchange & return Policy

At Ammurāpi, we aim for your complete satisfaction. While we do not accept returns, we offer size exchanges under the following conditions:

·        Exchanges are allowed only for size changes of the same design.

·        The request must be made within 1^st day of receiving the order.

·        The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.

·        The customer is responsible for all additional shipping fees related to the exchange.

·        No returns or exchanges are accepted for sale items or custom orders.

Defective Items:
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos, and we’ll arrange for a replacement.
