✦ First: Request Window

Customers can request an exchange or return within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

✦ Second: Conditions For Accepting The Request

To proceed with your request, items must be: • In their original condition • Unused and not washed • Returned with all original tags and packaging intact • Requests submitted after 48 hours from delivery will not be considered

✦ Third: Shipping Fees

• Exchange shipping fee: ( 100–150 EGP depending on location ) • For returns, shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount • Shipping fees are non-refundable

✦ Fourth: Upon Delivery

• Opening or inspecting the package with the courier is not permitted • Partial acceptance of orders is currently unavailable

✦ Fifth: Sale Policy

• Discounted items are not eligible for return • Exchanges are allowed only if all conditions are met • Exchange shipping fees apply

✦ Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos
• A replacement will be arranged with no additional shipping fees

✦ Notes

• Items showing any signs of wear, perfume, makeup, or damage will not be accepted
• Packaging and tags must be returned exactly as received

 سياسه الاستبدال و الاسترجاع

✦ أولًا: مدة الطلب

يمكن طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 48 ساعة من وقت استلام الطلب.

✦ ثانيًا: شروط قبول الطلب

لإتمام الطلب، يجب أن تكون القطع: • في حالتها الأصلية • غير مستخدمة أو مغسولة • مرفقًا بها جميع التيكتات والتغليف الأصلي • لن يتم قبول أي طلب بعد مرور 48 ساعة من الاستلام

✦ ثالثًا: رسوم الشحن

• رسوم شحن الاستبدال: (100–150 جنيه حسب المنطقة) • في حالة الاسترجاع، يتم خصم رسوم الشحن من المبلغ المسترد • رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد

✦ رابعًا: عند الاستلام

• لا يُسمح بفتح أو معاينة الشحنة مع المندوب • لا يتوفر حاليًا استلام جزئي للطلب

✦ خامسًا: سياسة التخفيضات

• القطع المخفضة غير قابلة للاسترجاع • يُسمح بالاستبدال فقط في حال استيفاء الشروط المذكورة • تُطبق رسوم شحن الاستبدال

• رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد

✦ سادسًا: العناصر التالفة

• في حال استلام قطعة تالفة أو بها عيب، يُرجى التواصل خلال 48 ساعة مع إرسال صور واضحة
• سيتم استبدال القطعة بدون أي رسوم شحن إضافية

✦ ملاحظات

• القطع التي يظهر عليها استخدام أو رائحة عطر أو مكياج أو تلف لن تُقبل
• يجب إعادة الغلاف والتيكتات بنفس الحالة التي تم استلامها بها
