سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

🔹 Main Rules 

• You can request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• يمكنكِ طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب.

• Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging.
• يجب أن تكون القطع في حالتها الأصلية — غير مستخدمة، غير مغسولة، ومع جميع التاجات والغلاف الأصلي.

• Return and exchange shipping fees are covered by the customer (unless the item is defective).
• يتحمّل العميل رسوم شحن الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال (ما عدا في حالة العيوب التصنيعية).

• Shipping fees vary depending on delivery area and courier.
• تختلف رسوم الشحن حسب منطقة التوصيل وشركة الشحن.

• Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item — within 5–7 business days.
• يتم تحويل مبلغ الاسترجاع بعد استلام وفحص القطعة خلال 5–7 أيام عمل.

• To request a return or exchange, please contact us on the same day of delivery via Instagram or WhatsApp.
• لطلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، يُرجى التواصل معنا في نفس يوم الاستلام عبر إنستغرام أو واتساب.

• Sale items and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
• لا يُسمح باسترجاع أو استبدال القطع المخفّضة أو الطلبات الخاصة.

🔹 Defective Items 

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos A replacement will be arranged with free shipping..
•  في حال استلام قطعة تالفة أو بها عيب، يُرجى التواصل خلال 48 ساعة مع إرسال صور واضحة سيتم استبدال القطعه بدون أي رسوم شحن .

🔹 Notes 

• Items that show signs of wear, perfume, makeup, or damage will not be accepted.
• القطع التي يظهر عليها استخدام، أو رائحة عطر، أو مكياج، أو تلف — لن تُقبل.

• Packaging and tags must be returned exactly as received.
• يجب إعادة الغلاف والتاجات بنفس الحالة التي استلمتيها.
