At Ammurāpi, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Please review our policy before placing your order.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Inspection or opening of the shipment upon delivery is not available, in accordance with our shipping partner's policies and shipment insurance requirements.

Customers remain eligible for exchange or return in accordance with the policy below.

Exchange & Return

Items may be exchanged or returned within 𝟑 Days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange or return, the item must be:

— Be in its original condition.

— Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

— Be returned with its original packaging and all accessories.

— Be returned with the Security Tag attached and intact.

Quality Inspection

All returned items undergo a quality inspection before an exchange or refund is approved.

Items showing any sign of use, including perfume, makeup, stains, odors, damage, missing or damaged packaging, a removed or damaged Security Tag, or any condition that makes the item unsuitable for resale as new, will not be accepted.

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer.

Shipping Fees

Exchange Shipping Fee: 𝟏𝟎𝟎–𝟏𝟓𝟎 EGP, depending on the delivery location.

Shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the request is due to a manufacturing defect or an error from Ammurāpi.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Orders refused after shipment remain subject to shipping charges.

Defective Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 𝟐𝟒 Hours of delivery and provide clear photos.

Once verified, the item will be exchanged or refunded free of charge.

How to Request an Exchange or Return

To request a return or exchange, simply click “𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞” and submit your request through the system.
Your request will be processed automatically, and a courier will be scheduled to collect your order.
If you are unable to submit your request due to any network or technical issue, please contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp, provide your order number, and briefly explain the issue you are experiencing.

Returned items are inspected within 𝟏–𝟐 Business Days.

Once approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method or Instapay.

Notes

Exchange or return requests submitted after 𝟑 Days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

We recommend contacting our Customer Support before placing your order for sizing assistance.

You're always welcome to visit our Alexandria Showroom to try on our products before purchasing.

Ammurāpi reserves the right to decline any exchange or return request that does not comply with the above policy.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

في Ammurāpi، نحرص على تقديم تجربة تسوق راقية وواضحة، لذا يُرجى الاطلاع على السياسة التالية قبل إتمام الطلب.

خدمة المعاينة عند الاستلام

لا تتوفر خدمة فتح أو معاينة الشحنة عند الاستلام، التزامًا بسياسات شركة الشحن ومتطلبات تأمين الشحنات.

ويظل من حق العميلة طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع وفقًا للشروط والأحكام الموضحة في هذه السياسة.

أولًا | الاستبدال والاسترجاع

يمكن طلب استبدال أو استرجاع المنتج خلال 𝟑 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

ولقبول طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، يجب أن يكون المنتج:

ـ ✦ بحالته الأصلية.

ـ ✦ غير مستخدم أو مرتدى أو مغسول.

ـ ✦ داخل التغليف الأصلي مع جميع الملحقات.

 سليمًا وغير مفصول (Security Tag)ـ ✦ مرفقًا به 

ـ ✦ خاليًا من أي آثار استخدام، أو عطور، أو مكياج، أو بقع، أو روائح، أو أي تلف.

ثانيًا | فحص الجودة

تخضع جميع المنتجات المرتجعة لفحص دقيق من قبل فريق مراقبة الجودة قبل الموافقة على أي طلب استبدال أو استرجاع.

وفي حال ظهور أي آثار استخدام، أو تلف، أو عدم استيفاء المنتج للشروط المذكورة، لن يتم قبول الطلب، وسيتم إعادة المنتج إلى العميلة.

ثالثًا | رسوم الشحن

ـ ✦ رسوم شحن الاستبدال: 𝟏𝟎𝟎–𝟏𝟓𝟎 جنيه حسب المنطقة.

ـ ✦ تتحمل العميلة رسوم الشحن، إلا إذا كان سبب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع ناتجًا عن عيب تصنيع أو (Ammurāpi) خطأ من

ـ ✦ رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.

ـ ✦ في حال كان الطلب مؤهلًا للشحن المجاني، سيتم خصم قيمة الشحن الأصلية من مبلغ الاسترجاع.

ـ ✦ في حال رفض استلام الطلب بعد شحنه، تتحمل العميلة رسوم الشحن.

رابعًا | المنتجات المعيبة

إذا وصل المنتج بعيب تصنيع أو تلف، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 𝟐𝟒 ساعة من الاستلام مع إرسال صور واضحة.

وبعد التحقق، سيتم استبدال المنتج أو استرداد قيمته دون أي رسوم.

خامسًا | كيفية طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع

ـ ✦لطلب استبدال أو إرجاع، يُرجى الضغط على “𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞” وتقديم الطلب من خلال النظام.
سيتم معالجة طلبك تلقائيًا، وسيتم تحديد موعد مع مندوب لاستلام الطلب.
إذا لم تتمكني من تقديم الطلب بسبب أي مشكلة في الشبكة أو مشكلة تقنية، يُرجى التواصل معنا عبر Instagram أو WhatsApp، مع توضيح رقم الطلب وشرح المشكلة التي تواجهينها باختصار.

ـ ✦ سيقوم فريقنا بمراجعة الطلب وترتيب استلام المنتج.

ـ ✦ بعد وصول المنتج، يخضع لفحص الجودة خلال 𝟏–𝟐 يوم عمل.

(Instapay)ـ ✦ في حال الموافقة، يتم رد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية أو عبر 

أحكام عامة

ـ ✦ لا تُقبل أي طلبات استبدال أو استرجاع بعد مرور 𝟑 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

ـ ✦ ننصح بالتواصل مع خدمة العملاء قبل إتمام الطلب للمساعدة في اختيار المقاس الأنسب.
